New CRM Support Portal

 

We are excited to showcase our new CRM system for all of our customers. The aim is to make accessing account information nice and easy, such as viewing and changing business details, invoices and package information.

 

 

 

 

The new dashboard section for your account also includes your payment history, a billing section to view invoices and a Support section for you to raise any query ranging from technical help to financial information.

 

 

 

 

 

The Account section will allow you to see the service that you have purchased and to see the traffic data that you have been receiving for example the amount of data usage. We shall be sending out a full information sheet when the platform goes fully live so that clients can understand what each part of the CRM system does.

 

 

 

 

Invoice testing

 

If  you are an existing customer you may well be aware that we have been doing some testing with billing platform, as we have had several calls regarding invoices received. We apologise for this, we are currently inputting information into our new CRM system, which we did not realise is permanently live and is sending the information to you.  Please ignore these invoices for now.
